We’ve been holding onto this one for a while, and we’re so excited to finally share a first look at our new logo and the heart behind Spud & Butter.

 

Our mission is simple: Timberloft's Spud & Butter makes hearty, handcrafted comfort food accessible for everyday life — quick to grab, easy to enjoy, and made with the same care you’d find in your family kitchen.

 

If you’ve been wondering what this new concept means, here’s the scoop. We’re taking some of your Timberloft favorites and building an entire menu around them… plus a few new things we think you’re going to love. At the heart of Spud & Butter are our BBQ baked potatoes you already know and crave, piled high and done right. Yes, brisket is still very much part of the plan, along with new entrées we can’t wait to introduce.

Donna will be back doing what she does best with her homemade soups, Leah is finishing off your meal with caramel fudge pie (because some things are non-negotiable), and everyone’s favorite fruit tea is making its return—along with all of our flavored iced teas.

This is comfort food made for real life, and we’re just getting started. Thanks for being here for the beginning of this next chapter. More soon.​
